The AI Advisor is an AI-powered tool that provides general guidance about EU AI Act compliance. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. The AI Advisor does not replace professional legal counsel. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated responses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hlinix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes damages resulting from reliance on information provided by our tools, guides, or AI Advisor. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
